Our complete storage building packages are for you.  With a variety of sizes to choose from, you can finally get all the storage space you have been looking.  Complete with a materials list and blueprints, every package provides all the materials you need to complete your project.

Packages come in a variety of sizes including:

8x8 8x12 8x16 12x12 12x16 16x16 20x20

With many packages available, you can also have the experienced BDC sales team customize the building to meet your individual needs on size and appearance. 

 Material Lists Consists of:

• Floor System (2x6 Treated Joist & 3/4” sheathing)
• Wall Studs (2x4)
• Sheathing (Roof and/or Sides)
• Framing Lumber
• Exterior Siding (Option of Vinyl* or 4x8 Siding)
• Roofing (Shingles, Felt, Roof Edge)
• Storage Building Door (For Vinyl Buildings)
• Complete list of Nails (can substitute gun nails ) needed for construction.
   
  *Vinyl Buildings also include Vinyl Outside Corners, Finish Trim, J-Channel, F-Channel, Soffit, Fascia Cover, and Starter Strip.
• Options for storage building include: door size, windows, block or skids(4x4) for elevation off ground, and more.
